ACONCN composite manhole covers are manufactured using phenolic composite materials reinforced with glass fiber, incorporating more than 80% recycled industrial materials. Produced through a precision compression molding process, the products provide strong structural performance, corrosion resistance, anti-theft protection, and long service life compared with traditional cast iron alternatives.
The company's manufacturing operations are supported by modern production facilities located in Shenzhen and in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone of Zhangzhou, Fujian Province. ACONCN products are engineered according to the requirements of the EN 124 load classification system, with available load classes ranging from A15 to F900 for pedestrian areas, roadways, ports, and heavy-duty infrastructure. Typical clear opening sizes include 600 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, and 1000 mm, with additional custom specifications available upon request.
